Assess preference data with a beautiful new report

Viewing a semester's worth of preference data in any meaningful way has always been challenging. Most who ventured down the path didn't go far before deeming it too troublesome or impossible. We all know there would be loads of benefits from seeing all of the options neatly lined up in rows and columns for our review.

I'm glad to report the wait is over because we have turned that soupy morass into a beautifully organized layout that tells a long and complicated story in a short and concise manner. And it is updated dynamically with each and every change.

preference block report detail
Preference data, organized by time-bucket and color-coded by preference level.

Learn who chose what blocks on what days and in what positions (1st, 2nd, 3rd). This report has numerous applications, both pre and post-schedule production.

Our existing users can find the report on Step 3 / Preference Reports / Preference Time Block Report.

We look forward to hearing your feedback on how it helped you and your build.

Happy Scheduling!
